Our upper bodies are the power packs for our body and work incredibly hard. Tension, tiredness, posture can all take their toll on this area and lead to headaches, aches, pains, anxiety, tiredness and a general lack of energy. We will use carefully blended oils and a variety of massage strokes and techniques to bring relief and reset your body.
The massage targets your upper & lower back; shoulders; neck and scalp. The pressure will be personalised to your needs to bring relief and relaxation. 

This massage is a complete reset for your body and targets all those areas that work so hard for you and often hold a lot of tension. Choose from the neck, back of head/scalp, shoulders, back, legs and feet!
There’s a choice of different blends of oils and massage techniques to match your personal needs:

When your whole body needs a reset, this is the one for you. Working from your head to your toes, you’ll be left feeling renewed. 

Whilst wrapped in warm towels, your arms, hands, chest, abdomen, legs, feet, back, neck, face and head will be massaged with a special blend of oils. The intensity of the massage will be adapted to your preference - be that relaxation or invigoration. 

At the end of this luxury massage, you’ll be given time to relax with a drink and sweet treat. 

Hot Stone Therapy is a deeply relaxing treatment that uses hot basalt stones combined with massage to reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation, and ease pain and muscle tension. One stroke with a stone is equal to ten normal massage strokes and the treatment is said to be ten times deeper and the results are said to last ten times longer than traditional techniques

When you have specific issues or problem areas that need targeting with more specialist massage, you can upgrade your massage treatment to include a bespoke session of electrical/mechanical massage. 

We will do a thorough consultation and plan a routine appropriate and personal to you using selected electrical massage from infrared; gyrator; ultrasonic etc. 

10 - 15 mins 

Lie and relax whilst receiving an invigorating full body exfoliation treatment. You’ll be lightly body brushed, scrubbed with an aromatic sugar scrub and polished with re-hydrating moisturisers.
Dead cells are brushed away to allow new cells to take their place. Circulation is improved and your skin feels renewed and invigorated.

- Hydrating Fig and Pomegranate with Mediterranean botanicals of bergamot, sweet orange, lemon, eucalyptus & cooling mint, wonderfully invigorating. It’s time to glow!

Lie on our heated bed as Moroccan scents fill the air. You’ll be gently exfoliated using kessa mitts, before  frankincense, ginger and orange hot oil is drizzled over you, followed by a therapeutic massage of your back, shoulders, neck, scalp and arms. 

Frankincense is deeply regenerating and ginger stimulates blood flow, flushes toxins and releases energy. Orange is simultaneously uplifting and relaxing, it can enhance mood, reduce stress and stimulate the immune system.

Do you struggle with spots, itchy skin and congestion on your back? This is a luxurious, deeply cleansing and relaxing solution!
Hot towels open your pores before cleansing. A luxurious scrub is then used  to exfoliate and resurface the skin. 

A mud mask is then applied to your back to draw out those impurities whilst you enjoy a relaxing scalp massage. 

To finish, moisturising oils will be applied  with a relaxing back and shoulder massage and you’ll then be wrapped in warm towels. 

50 mins 

This treatment targets the thighs, hips and glutes to improve the skin texture and tone. We start with body brushing and a seaweed scrub, then apply a seaweed wrap which purifies, hydrates and leaves your skin feeling smooth and glowing. 

This is followed by a targeted infra-red and ultra-sonic massage, ice globe stimulation, lymphatic drainage  and anti-cellulite rub. We finish with the application of a high-tech serum-gel.
You‘ll then be wrapped in blankets to relax with a drink.
45-60 mins

This treatment works on areas affected by mental and emotional stress. We spend much of our time in our heads and this Neck, Scalp and Hair Indulgence  helps to calm the mind and is deeply relaxing. Working across the shoulders, neck and scalp, relieving muscular discomfort and tension and calming the mind. The hot Moroccan Argan oil infused with Coconut Oil, Shea Butter and Hawaiian Kukui Nut Oil, as well as hydrating the skin, also provides a nourishing hair treatment, adding lustre and shine.

Are you always running about? On your feet all day? This gorgeous massage will ease those aching feet and legs.

 When used in a massage, Myrrh strengthens the muscles and smooths the skin while promoting relaxation - just what busy legs and feet need!

Foot massage helps to relax the whole body helping you to sleep better, leaving you with a rejuvenated energy. 

We finish the treatment with a mint muscle balm that leaves the skin feeling zingy and you saying Aaahhh!

25 mins

This is an ancient and deeply relaxing treatment that can offer relief from issues such as sinus problems, compacted ear wax, tinnitus and headaches, relieve the symptoms of hay fever, rebalance your body’s natural flow, and generally calm and relax you when life is stressful. 

You’ll lay on the heated bed whilst we perform the ear candling and this will be followed with a relaxing, lymphatic facial massage.
Clients often comment that they feel lighter, clearer, soothed and deeply relaxed.
