Prism Beauty (now located in Chester le Street) is the place to come to escape and renew. As an appointment only, one on one salon, when you book a treatment, the whole space is exclusively yours!!
You have all the professional equipment, high quality products and purpose built salon space - BUT with my one to one attention, total privacy and no rushing from client to client. In our beautiful, salon we provide a luxurious haven where we use colour as inspiration and offer award winning products in bespoke, quality treatments. Most importantly, we are here to make you FEEL great.
Whether you're with us for a one-hour service or an entire day, your happiness is of utmost importance! Relax in our beautiful treatment rooms; whilst the colours, calming music and uplifting aromas soothe and revitalise you.
We are a well established business (in operation since 2019) and have built up a 5* reputation with our clients. Louise - our owner and therapist, loves creating treatments and an atmosphere that really nurtures. We recently relocated and expanded to our new, “forever” salon in Ashfield Terrace, and occupy the first floor of the building next to Hollathans, giving us the convenience of a central location - whilst still being away from the hustle and bustle.
We offer a range of massage therapy, holistic, beauty and spa services - and all are designed to make you feel pampered, confident and to allow your light to shine through!
We have designated parking spaces within the Chester le Street Cricket Club (at the rear of the salon) but there are also a number of public car parks very close by and excellent public transport links.
Prism Beauty takes pride in maintaining the highest professional standards and is a registered member of the Guild of Beauty Therapists.

We undertake regular, specialist training to ensure the highest of standards and to stay up to date with innovative new tools and products, as well as industry leading technologies and techniques so that we can get you the superb results you deserve.
Many people underestimate the effect high-quality products and oils have on a spa treatment. The products we use are carefully selected to be results driven and of the highest professional quality. They include: Temple Spa; Casmara; HD BROWS; LVL; Skinbase; Gellifique; OPI; MAC etc. We guarantee our products are also chosen for their sensory qualities to help you with that extra feeling of zen. We look carefully at the ethics and environmental practices of the companies and if you fall in love, many are also available for purchase.
To ensure you are given the best possible service and care, a consultation will be carried out before every treatment, so please ensure you arrive ten minutes before your appointment time to allow for this.
